What the project form collects
The project form collects your name, work email, company, primary trade, website, project problem, target launch window, and working budget. The agency brief form on the partners page collects your name, work email, agency, agency website, client trade, expected volume, required platform, and project brief.
Why we use it
We use the information only to assess project fit, reply to your request, prepare a scope, and keep a record of the resulting commercial conversation. We do not add form submissions to a mailing list or sell the data.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts, which means those providers receive normal connection data such as an IP address and browser information.
Retention and requests
We keep project details only for as long as needed to evaluate the request, carry out an agreed project, or meet record-keeping obligations. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, use the marketplace or RFP channel through which you received this link. You can also use the project form and begin the message with "Privacy request".
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently run advertising trackers or audience analytics. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
